Your role will include:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand recognition through campaigns, content creation and events coordination working with both internal sales and product teams, as well as our partners.
This is an independent thinker and high-performance marketing role that combines the execution of marketing strategy and content creation. The Marketing Specialist must provide outstanding marketing and creative skills and the ability to work with a virtual team to support achievement of financial and brand recognition targets and ultimately drive Parabellyx’ growth objectives.
- Support the execution of the marketing strategy through demand generation, product marketing, partnership marketing, brand building, communications, client marketing, and PR.
- Deliver a regular cadence of reporting and discussion to leadership about the performance of campaigns, channels, and other activities.
- Assist with lead generation by identifying and piloting new acquisition channels and strategies, measuring and scaling the impact of those that perform best.
- Review and guide Parabellyx’s brand and market narrative, elevating and clarifying our position through Parabellyx’s website, social media, content, PR, collateral, and more
- Collaborate with Sales and Product leadership on key GTM activities and strategies for targeted industries such as product launches, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Coordinate client and partner events
- Become an active contributor to the decision making by actively participating in discussions, planning, and company-wide presentations.
- Research industry trends to proactively recommend messaging and content that will resonate with target audiences
- Create compelling assets to educate the market on application and software development security and why it is essential for organizations of all types and sizes
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop persona-driven, high-performing content and content strategies to maximize conversion throughout the buyer journey
- Write and edit content for blogs, articles, social media, whitepapers, emails, newsletters, case studies, research studies, and more
- Edit content written by technical and ESL authors for to improve readability
- Analyze content metrics and data-driven insights to optimize our content strategy
Experience:
- Post-secondary education in English, marketing, business, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience using Social Media/PR/Thought leadership for brand activation.
- Hands-on experience with demand generation and digital marketing
- Experience with content creation targeting both technical and executive audience
Skills:
- Ability to create content that resonates with both executive and technical audiences
- Understanding of multiple marketing channels, persona-based content, and vertical-specific content
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings
- Ability to translate technical concepts into value-based messaging

The ideal candidate will have a base understanding of Application Development, Cyber Security, IT and Cloud services industry/technologies, market accepted services, value propositions.
Compensation consists of base salary, plus performance bonus. Base salary will be competitive, commensurate with experience.
